Description
A gift for MasterRavager of their Tibu, Sunil.Inspired by our ongoing RP where Mavuto has met a new friend in the depths of a dark sunken ship.
He wishes his own bio-luminescence was as bright.
(This was one of the hardest things I have ever drawn because I wanted to make it so dark but bright! and yet still keep the Tibu's prettyness)
