Simple Instructions on Converting:
Click Get started on the Site>Pick the icon>Select all sizes>Save as
If it's saying the file isn't a .ico rename the ending of the file to .ico.
Then right click the icon of the program's shortcut>Properties>Shortcut>Change icon
