As requested on 4chan from an anon that wants to put this on a fightstick. I dont normally do requests, but it sounded like a worthy cause. Normally I try to keep a consistent thickness for outlines, but I felt that the varying width of the outline was part of the overall charm so I opted to leave that.I believe the original artist goes by Souji. heres a link to it on danbooru [link]

i use illustrator. its all in the pen tool so really photoshop will work just as well. no tutorials so sorry. just look up vector tutorials on youtube if you wanna learn, though i suggest you start with pen tutorials. a little boring, but you need to get the fundamentals down before you get to the fun parts.
