THE BEAUTIFUL ICE MOTH. To change into this form, Nucleasect cools itself in a huge block of ice to stabilize. The theme for this design is "beauty can be dangerous", basically saying that while Nuclear energy seems great, there are also a lot of negative things from that that we need to look at before deciding to go all in or not. It's a very high risk for a very high reward. So all you need to know before going in with this one is that Naveno's theme is energy, so the mascot legendaries (Harvestill, Appalachrain, and Nucleasect) are themed after different types of energy. Harvesting, Mining, and Radioactive.

Nucleasect
The Nuclear Energy Pokemon
Poison/Ice Type
Dex: In this forme, being around Nucleasect alone will not expose one to radiation poisoning. However, it can control the radiation in it's body, and has a nuclear reactor for a tail that it uses to constantly create energy to keep this Pokemon alive. If Nucleasect were to actually reach it's Stable Forme, the Naveno region would be in an extreme state of emergency, as it has the power to destroy the region within minutes via one nuclear blast.
