Yeah, some people were asking what I played in Marching Band, and I felt like drawing South Park girls (Red, Wendy, Bebe) in Colorguard outfits. Hahaha. I love Colorguard. Seriously.
"What do you play in the Marching Band?"
"I DON'T PLAY AN INSTRUMENT. OH. WHAT NOW?"
I mean, come on, how awesome is being in Colorguard? You get a stripper pole to dance with a 6-foot pole, a large piece of wood a rifle, and a dulled sword. Then every week you get an excuse to put on pounds of make-up on your face and buy a new can of hairspray every other week. Basically, I get to prepare myself for my future look like a hooker without being judged. That is a sweet deal.
Plus, I do a good job. I'm on rifle line and saber line again this year. Yaaay~

Btw, sorry for the comic delay. >_> I was busy with Marching Band practices, and my Latin teacher destroyed me for not finishing my work. UGH. Right now I'm working on my summer reading and cleaning my room.

I was in Marching Band and I played the alto sax, but man, did I love the color-guard. Seriously, I had the most respect for them. I almost wish I could have done color guard, it just was so spectacular!! But I'd probably get stage fright TT.TT

both the picture and your role in the marching band - The only time I get to go to extremes with make-up and stuff is if that is what is decided on for whatever theatre performance we are doing (we usually do quite realistic make-up/costume etc) but that's why I LOVE musicals

Hahaha, that's okay. It's like... a concert band gets on a(n American) football field and plays music while the colorguard (or flag team) spins/tosses flags/rifles/saber in the air. It's very cool. :U <3
