there are a lot of things that look rather flat, probably because you left out a lot of shading
the sketchy lines also detract from it a bit
I do like the tattoo and the figures' expressions though

I'm not even good at inking, so ...yeah. lawls.

inking with a tablet is fairly easy. I obviously can't tell you a whole lot about photoshop in just this comment, but if you want to ink in photoshop, just choose a brush (I usually go with size 3 or 4), zoom in to your picture, and just slowly go over the lines
There are also tons of tutorials for just about everything on this site that might be more helpful than the ones you've watched. people know some pretty fancy tricks x3

Honestly, I should sit down and take my time on my crap. I usually zoom through things fairly quickly, but since school's out I get more time to work and try different things xD woo.
