I love that zebra thing even if it looks like blitzle with drag colors.
But you gave it a ground-typing making it weak to Grass-types and Water-types. Sap Sipper can increase Zebric's Attack which can boost physical moves while electric attacks make Water-types swimming away. Ice-types can be defeated with Fighting-type moves so give it some. Oh, and change the name, its lame.

Uh, I don't know what you mean, use proper grammar.
Sap Sipper: When a pokemon is hit with a Grass-type move, its Attack increases. Make Zebric's Special Defense and HP Base Stats average or high so Sap Sipper can be used at least 2-3 times in battle.

I dont know tbh, since theres already a ground electric pokemon (stunkfish) i thot it was okay to make one, i think grass and ater can affect it too O:
