I was really obsessed with Jewelpet back in 2014/2015 and I drew them alot,but as I got older and time went on,I just found other things to obsess over plus Jewelpet is such a niche franchise and there is just no content coming from it anymore aside from sometimes merchandise.

Like the anime is over,the games are in Japanese only and are most likely region-locked,the fanbase is extremely small and it's like once in every 100 years you'd hear someone even mention it and I couldn't even get my hands on a plush of one of the characters,so I kinda slowly lost interest in it,which was why I didn't really draw Sandy much.

Although I do kinda feel it building back up but I'm not for sure if I'll do more Jewelpet fanart again.

I understand, a lot of things I like are really obscure and it is sad when nobody else talks about or makes content for them.

It's good to focus on other things that make you happier.
