Tsukino Usagi II "Chibiusa", grade 9, and Tsukino Kousagi, grade 3, are sisters who normally never agree on anything. Kousagi sees her older sister as a know-it-all meanie; Usagi sees her younger sister as an uncouth little brat. But in truth they share something that has brought distant strangers closer together - the power of the stars.Maybe, one day, Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Parallel Moon can fight side by side. If they can't agree on anything else, that is....at least they can agree that alien rabbits are worth putting aside the silbing rivalry for a moment.
