I am working on a 32 page story book called Kday and the Knight (pronounced with a silent 'k').The story is a surreal mystery as the characters in the book become conscious that they are in the book and soon discover that letters from the narration begin disappearing. They must climb out from their panel frames in order to search through the book and catch the culprit.
This is the front cover. Although the story is going to be in B&W, I figured that I'd have a colored cover. What do you guys think?
Oh and by the way, I'm self-publishing this one, so be on the look-out, for I will start selling them in the up coming months.

coloured cover is great and I'm looking forward to the comic. I'm working on a similar meta comic where the characters interact with the book itself.

I'll be in the States in September in fact! but only in these places: illinois (chicago),tennessee (memphis, nashville, etcetera ), mississipi, alabama and louisiana (new orleans). I saw you're residing in Atlanta and unfortunately I'm not hitting that State, but maybe one day in the future...

this travel in september is just mostly for fun, but actually the idea came up when wanting to visit old relatives in chicago. Why only go to chicago, if you can do some sweet roadtripping !

yeah man, the last time i went somewhere really far away was when i went to Ireland. And man that was fun and you're right, it overflows you with inspiration. Me and my girlfriend are trying to save up to go to New York City. That is going to be loads of fun!

ah sweet ! I was in Dublin in 2004 and that was freaking sweet. But NYC is probably in the top of coolest places I've ever been to. I was there in september, but my whole body is aching to go back since then. you're gonna have loaads of fun

although negative news keeps coming from those regions all of the time now. floods, hurricanes, the oil disaster..I think it's gonna be weird especially to visit lousiana as a tourist when such a bad thing is going on. but apart from that it's totally gonna rock, I'm sure
before I went to new york, as I do with almost every place I go, I look up movie locations

yeah, but even when bad things happen, life still goes on. maybe you'll be lucky and there won't be very many other tourists.
oh man, movie locations, that sounds awesome. i want to swing by the ghostbuster's fire department building. probably going to see something on broadway too and then just check out the night life. i want to find out some local restaurants too.
