OK, I really like the framing- having Blossomforth breaking the top border pulls the focus to her and to his eyes, and that dang tongue...
The shading is very nice, I like how you've given her a slight tint, that does a very nice job of differentiating them, as does the different outline colors.
There's a slightly surreal feel to it- there's a definite disconnect between his intensity and her enthusiasm that livens this up. Almost like she's riding a Rent-A-Zilla from Megatokyo... all we need is Junpei (Jun-pony?) to be skulking in in the background.
I do notice that some of the linework on Snowflake's arms is rougher than that of Blossomforth, and the line weights vary more than hers do. The background looks good, but perhaps the predominance of blue and white takes away a little from the impact of the characters- they might stand out more against a green or brown background.
I really like this, it's crazy and sweet at the same time!
