Ugh lost my progress as Firefox crashed. Welp here we go again

Anywho, this is a more lore based Fakemon Brainstorm, so bare with me.

The Lore

So here's some extra lore I've made for Mimikyu. So Mimikyu is this ghost that is jealous of Pikachu's fame right? And the merchandise it wears is 20 years old (afaik). So my headcannon is that Mimikyu are actually deceased Pikachu that have forgotten that they are Pikachu. So the irony is that they are jealous because they were once Pikachu, and even though they don't know, that's why they wanted to be treated like that (again). This is an event Mimikyu, a special one. It's the Mimikyu that was spawned from Red's Pikachu. Athough it is nigh impossible to make Mimikyu remember how it is to be a Pikachu, it is possible with this one.

Red's Hat. You can give it to this Mimikyu, amongst other conditions, to make it remember its past as a Pikachu.

Basis

Pikaboo comes from the words Pikachu and Boo. The word sounds like Peekaboo. The intention with the design was to make it seem like Mimikyu was able to find it's old electrical abilities, making it a Ghost/Electric type. The abilities are also Pikachu's abilities, and it's base stats are Pikachu's stats multiplied by 1.8 and rounded to nearest 5 (Just because Mimikyu's base stats, being a standalone Pokemon, are higher than Pikachu's). Pikaboo's signature move is a parody of the japanese name of Thunderbolt, a move Pikachu is well known for using in the anime.

To get a Pikaboo the following must be done:

1. Download the event Mimikyu
2. Have the main story done
3. Obtain Red's Hat (Key Item)
4. Have max friendship with Pikaboo
5. Be on at Night in game
6. Show Mimikyu Red's Hat
7. Level it up

Then it will evolve into Pikaboo. Why so lengthy? Because Pikaboo get's a signature move upon evolution that is pretty OP. (Pictured rightmost of the image)

100,000 Phantom Volts | Ghost and Electric | BP: 120 | PP: 5 | Accuracy: 95 | Special

This move require's recharge afterwards. Also has 10% chance of paralysing the target.
