This could be some mermaid eyes in the deep sea or similar, the glowy dark effect gives this feeling )

Almost white skin with golden touch or highlights (whatever it might be, leafs or so for example) and white/silver, very bright iris.
That was the original idea that I tried to do since three or four of those manips... but everytime it became something different
