I wish I was France! His voice actor is so funny! You can see him in Q&As on youtube. He is also Death the Kid, Sebastian(need I really say more?!), Scar(I do not like FMA or FMAB but you know what I included him!), Kyouya, and many more. I love him!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's not DTK, The guy who voices DTK is Todd Haberkorn, Italy and Hikaru's voice actor. J Micheal Tatum does however voice Sebastian, France, and Kyouya. c:
