Technically it's telephoto, but they weren't all that far away. These guys are at a local park, they are kept out for people to watch. Part of the park is a wildlife preserve, so I am guessing these are orphaned animals or those that have been rehabilitated (they no longer do rehab at this particular place any more though).
I was standing probably only 15 feet away, used the telephoto to get in really close.
