INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting: PLEASE QUIT COVERSUTRA
- Go to /Applications/Coversutra.app
- Right Click -> Show Package Contents
- Contents -> PlugIns -> Skins
- Right Click on "JewelCase.coversutraSkin" -> Compress
- Drag and Drop "JewelCase.coversutraSkin" from the CD Cover Drop Pocket package and allow the file overwrite (it may ask for your administrator password.)
- Launch CoverSutra (If the skin is not applied, go to Preferences and choose it.)
To uninstall: Delete "JewelCase.coversutraSkin" and decompress the ZIP archive backup.

I'm sorry, but it looks like I won't be updating this file anymore. With CoverSutra constantly changing, I can't keep up with these updates. I promised several times to others that I would update, but these changes have caused me to have an extreme disinterest for doing templates for CoverSutra. My apologies.

Yeah, it doesn't work in 2.1.2 
I checked out the .plist file and changed:
CoverSutraAlbumCase to CoverSutraAlbumCaseMedium
It then displays, but looks all skewed width ways

I just took a look at the plist in the CoverSutra 2.01 JewelCase and Sophie did change some values in the strings. I will do an update for 2.01.
