Description waking, i remember the word,
"purify" as i walk in the daylight
...it seems like the first time.
with a ringing in my ears to
remind me of a new covenant,

i take my first breath of paradise,
but i still remember the world
as i've seen it while adrift,
and i walk along the shore

and i want to walk in the water
i want to wade in the water
but if i succumb i'll want to
let go and drift away

walking in the sand, i become
familliar with all this newness,
though i can't yet comprehend it.
if i had wings, i'd just rip them off

i don't know why
where am i
i don't know why
this is no paradise
i don't know why
i must be mistaken
i don't know why

right now i am at a library computer console...i am getting inspiration on the road, and i am having good fun at this festival...7 weeks to go...

perhaps i will be able to come up with something as dark as u desire...

You seem to be on a quest for purity... but what is purity to you? (This runs parallel to some of the things we were talking about the other day.... when do we turn bad?)
following that strand of thought... once we are impure, is it possible to ever be otherwise? If not, then why purify ourselves to begin with? If so, that means we have to change our definitions of "purity," doesn't it?
Back to my question for you, what is purity to you?
