Description
what have i found?  beneath my feet a door.
...and so i kneel to brush away the sand, and
i descend a spiral stairwell to a path that's
paved with words and images:  the path of shadows.
i begin to believe.  i begin to conceive, and now
i know "this" is my paradise.  though dark and lonely,
i see much more clearly here, and i embrace  with
closed eyes and open arms what some call insanity.
i breathe.  i change. i remember.  i am.

there is a door that you must close your eyes to see.
there is a door, and on the other side i'll be
it opens when you ask of it
it opens when you're free

i have come to shed the pathe behind
a dirty dig, a worthy find,
a hidden door, a silenced light.
