Nice shot, really. You were quite lucky - or quite patient - to be able to take suce a beautiful shot, it really is looking straight at you!

Love it!
I've always wanted to photograph Deer but they are so hard to find around my area.
I've seen 3 in the 20 years i've stayed here which is odd because i'm surrounded in fields

These are on a large farm, which has openend up areas of it to the public, in the form of an animal park, which is why they are more accessible. I do see them in fields from time to time around where I live, but annoyingly they do not hang around long enough to be photographed.

Nice, that would be amazing to see. They will be quite timid i'd imagine because there is such easy access..I don't know if it's the same in England but here, In Scotland you have a right to rome so up in some of the hills up here, all of the animals are so used to humans, I have a few photo's of Highland Cow's and I was scared at first but they just come right up to you. I actually had to move to let one past me, It was strange.

They are timid and tend to scuttle off if you approach them. I am scared of Highland Cows - they're huge!

Yeah, Your lucky to get close enough to get a great picture though haha.
I was scared of cows but ever since being up the Pentlands, they don't scare me at all.
The Highland Cow's are really tame up there.

These things were really muscly and looked like the could snap you like a twig but they just walk about minding there own business, The one I have a photo off was standing a few feet away from me and waiting until I stepped out of the way but it was close enough to touch.
