Description This very soft focus created a painted effect which I thought rather interesting so decided to post it, although technically, not a high quality image.

Beautiful shot, it does have an almost painted feel to it, very pretty I do love those bright colours, peacocks are magnificent birds (and don't they know it!).

Nice. You're right, the painted effect is beautiful: it adds a feeling of a graphic work, more than a photography. I love the bright colours of his head, too.
