That would be amazing animated! I'm not sure how to do it myself but there maybe something here on DA to teach you. If not maybe Google will have the answers

although I didn’t mean I don't know how to animate.

I mean I don't know what to at all
I have no serious or deeper ideas therefore I do such a boring things as animated colorful stars
