Description
Since March is kind of stuck between winter and spring, I had to make this manipulation center around a holiday, as opposed to, um, weather. I have pictures of my birthdays from different years - in one I'm wearing a winter coat and the in other I'm barefoot (my birthday is St. Patrick's Day). And I already had three wintery manips and two springy ones, so this is how it fell out. I don't particularly like this one, but I suppose it's okay.
