Description As my pen seeps ink onto the next page
I hope some of my ideas seep into generations future
Out of my heart and into my head
Out of my head and into my hand
Into my hand and out of my pen
This form of expression which seems so profound
Might only get recognized after the grave
But will that make me stop?
It might make me contemplate my motives
But the well of my love for the written word
Will never run dry

I know exactly how you feel. That's why people write poetry, isn't it? Another way, a better way, of talking over the communication barrier between minds...

ps I practically spent all last year's maths classes writing poetry!!

i just wrote something similar to this... wow, i like it a lot. this is something you would think up, as far as imagery goes. it's brilliant. but don't settle for things to be appreciated after you die, cause i appreciate you right now.... and your writing.

i love it!!! wow... this immensly speaks to me because for a while i have felt that no one ever reads my stuff anymore so there is no point to write. but the passion in my heart to convey my deepest thoughts on paper has not run dry and i love the expressions my pen can uncover. i love it!! i love to write... i think you have restored a passion that got set on the back burners... thanks to you and your love for the written word and thanks to you for the unrelenting motivation to write poetry. this gets a fav...
