Description
I had to make some photo's in Hengelo including some of the area where used to be 'de gieterij'. Now all remains is the skeleton of the structure that if lit properly looks amazing and quite industrial. Obviously opening this the blend mades and some filters cried out for abuse.Related content

Hello para, long time no see my friend.
Nice and moody image, the "dirty" texture applied to the picture looks really nice, a little less contrast and colour and it would look like an old photo. Is the texture your source image or did you find it somewere? I'm having a tough time finding high res images of vintage paper-like textures you see..
Nice to see you've retained alot of your style over the years man, havent seen any work of yours for so long. I hope I will see alot more now!

the texture is made from the image actually, part of the pricks (a small part) copied to a new-layer and cs5's content-aware fill (works like a charm, definatly beats the old pattern-maker )
Anyway, I have been a tad less productive and I've definatly ignored DA

Aaah I see, now that you mention it I can see some repetitive patterns. I'm still on CS4, maybe it's time to upgrade..
I havent been very active the past couple of years either, mostly been doing fractals in apophysis and the occational failure in photoshop hehe. Hopefully that will change tho.
