That's east as well; the village and the fjord is called Seydisfjordur.
IMHO, it's the nicest place in the east.

Oh yeah, it is not HDR image; it's just a slightly underexposed photo (in order to get not too bright/well defined sky) with the ship on the horizon as a focusing point.
In the postprocessing there were just small adjustments in "shadow/highlight", slight desaturation (!), warmer filtration (so the blue tones wouldn't dominate) and contrasts

Thanks and yes, I was asking myself the same thing. It's even more weird when you consider the fact that in this area it's really common for the winds to rich the speeds up to 40m/s
