BTW, that's really Lisa's mouth/nose.
I thought it was written something like "wondergull", and "what" above, but it's really hard to make out and wondergull doesn't make sense, even in German.

It really is Lisa's mouth and nose, nowhere near Monroe's mouth at all. Check out the videos where Lisa appears, the portion of it is even the exact same portion showed in the video, mouth to the side and smiling. It's when Kaufmann and Lisa are laughing about Kauffmann missing her arm in that 'false-rehearsal' video at the end of the game.
