Ok so it's been about 4 1/2 months and the little praying mantis is all grown up. I'm fairly certain it is the same one since I have seen him everyday! ( yes I know in all likely hood his is a she but he just seems like s he to me and since he is in my garden and I don't know how to sex insects we are just going to leave it at that ) He was about 3/4- 1 inch then and now I'd say he's a bout 2- 2 1/2 inches.
