Finally, the first post of 2023! For this, I made a custom sprite animation for when Sonic reaches max speed. This new top speed animation was inspired by S&K: Newtrogic Panic, and here was done in the classic trilogy. wanted to try my own take on the "coil run", you know? The only reused parts are the heads of each style, everything else was custom-made. I was quite busy with sprites lately, so I had to show what I did.

Sonic and the original sprite styles are made by Sega.
These sprites are made by me.
