Wow! Not just the rotation, but the highlights that give it a shiny surface texture... This is very cool. How many frames is it? I think I count five or six, but the transitions are so smooth that it's hard to tell.

the papercuts are incredible, but the gitteriness of the hand is kinda distracting. had this been on a completely black background, it'd be mesmerising.

I think the hand is there for scale. On a black background it would be difficult to recognize how small and delicate this thing is.

If the hand absolutely needs to be there, I'd much prefer to not see it change position so abruptly and so randomly. If anything, it really ruins the illusion. And yes, I realize it would take extra time and effort to line it up properly for the individual photos.
This to me is too awesome to be presented in such a cheap looking way.
