Le corps prend le relais pour exprimer les choses .Justement en ce moment je lis "dis moi où tu as mal je te dirai pourquoi" de Michel Odoul
Vraiment fascinant. Selon lui les maux du corps ne sont pas un hasard,du simple rhume a des atteintes plus graves,ils représentent concrètement nos tensions /emotions cumulées. Dommage que l'occident n'inclut pas ce type d'approche dans sa médecine traditionnelle,reliant corps et esprit...
