I saw this, and it felt like my whole house went silent.
Gorgeous. What the sound of a far away waterfall looks like. You've successfully turned sound into image for me. I absolutely love it.

There really is...no hope for most of you, is there? I mean, I know that some diluted minds can watch dung flop out of a horse's anus and see poetry in motion, but this?! "Inspiring work"? "Gorgeous"? "Brilliant"?!
People, this is a whispy, watery black "substance" splashed onto a gray background. Period. It probably took two seconds to make, planned with none of the ornate imagery you all are portending to "see." This did not take effort to make; there are no aesthetics; there is no intended message; there is no evidence of an applied artistic technique; ergo, it is not art, let alone worthy of the attention wrought by that Daily Deviation tab.
I think you all need to be a little less eager to jump on the "pat-on-the-back" bandwagon and be a bit more discerning in your critiques. Or, if this kind of attempt truly mesmerizes you, follow me into the bathroom, and I can show you a veritable Picasso in action!--a piece I create 2, sometimes 3 times a day, in fact!

I agree. If anything, it is just a pretty design. I wouldn't call it poo, though. It's not like Picasso's stuff. Picasso is scheiΓ. And so is modern art.
And, I also agree with Misty. I see a pregnant woman.

I'm not a huge fan of abstract art, myself. It's never really struck home for me, but I see this piece and I am baffled and intrigued. I feel a small glimpse of what abstract lovers feel when I see this. My mind is caught in the motion and texture, will also trying to pair an emotion with it. I mostly love it so because it is simply a visual embodiment of how I feel at the moment, and it is eerie that I have caught a glimpse of that.
Wonderful work. This is breathtaking, and I can think of nothing else to describe it as, for my lack of prior connection with abstract art.
