Edit: added a shadow to the treei love these maple leaves! they really help tie everything in these images together.

Specie: Tiger Beetle Pokemon

This carnivorous, nocturnal Pokemon is a very quick and skilled hunter and will devour anything it can catch. It can run at speeds of up to 50 mph, though it must temporarily sacrifice its eyesight and rely on its antennae.
Eevee will evolve into Athropeon only at night and must be carrying any beetle carcass.

how do u do the bark efect and what program do u use

i used adobe photoshop for all of my eeveelutions :3
the bark on this one was rather simple, really.. i used the smudge tool back and forth to smudge the different shades of brown on the trunk together, and on a separate layer used different shades of brown to make the sketchy lines going up and down the tree

Linoone can run faster and doesn't have to sacrifice its eyesight! Perhaps you could make it... 100 mph? 150? I just want to make it more justifiable if it were to sacrifice its eyesight in order to run fast.

Except this PokΓ©mon is based on an animal in real life that, once it reaches 5 mph, goes blind and has to stop to regain its eyesight.

Probably the only interesting eeveelution I've seen (grown very, VERY tired of the 'cute fluffy eeveelutions, INCLUDING the ones that are actually in the games)

This may be the first Bug-type fake Eeveelution I've seen. I think it has a good balance of Bug-ness and Eevee-ness, know what I mean? It looks like a bug, but I can still tell it's an Eeveelution. Well done!

thank you VERY much. i'm happy you can see it. an earlier viewer had trouble understanding what i had wanted to achieve with this one. i reeeally tried to make it as balanced as i could. most of the eeveeness i had wanted to leave in was the ears and body shape (and maybe the size of the eyes) but it makes me happy you can see it
