My idea for fallout 4 I'll make a better one at a later date.The theme is set in london around 2290 where a number of factions are fighting for control of vaults scattered throughout the london underground.

the factions I had in mind where, the British Republic, His/Her Majesty's Goverment as the main with a number of much smaller groups which I can't think of at this time

Well we have moles and rats but no molerats, we do have wasps but only during summer.

Wow, that's actually a brilliant idea, I know its a game that takes most of the themes from 50s Americana, but it would be interesting to see what happened to the UK.

According to cannon all European nations became weakened city-states that fought to control the worlds remaining resources, so I can't imagine the government having enough power to create such a vast and complex network of shelters. Sorry but the guys at Interplay were a little nationalistic.

During the war some people used dug outs in the backgardens but in the intercity areas people used puplic shelters and the Underground

Fallout is set in America. Not that I don't think your idea is good, but I'm not sure that the Fallout series will EVER venture out of the good ol' US.
