Vipra (Susan Blu): A serpentine female villain from the 80's cartoon "Bravestarr" who has the power to hypnotize people. Her weapon of choice is a snake-shaped "gun" that shoots a paralyzing ray.made this great drawing and after coloring his Zepher drawing [link] I had this one on my to-do list.
