When a cat is staring at you, with it's head cocked to the side , while you are eating, and goes//"Meow".. it means that you either have to feed him right now, pet him right now, don't look at him right now, or simply ignore him, right now. It could mean that you have to leave him your spot as fast as you can, but not always.
