The trees and the grass look good, I like the overall feeling. The overall lighting is fine, but I've got problems with the one big spotlight on the couple. There is another small lit area left of the dog, ok - but nowhere else. If there was a lightsource, a lamp, a window, campfire - maybe it would work for me, but not that way. The couple is completely lit, up to their faces. According on how you drew their shadows the lighting makes no sense to me. There should be way more light left of the couple. Also there is just that one spotlight... it would look more natural if there were more spots.
To me it looks like they came up to a hill and I imagine a valley behind them. The sun gets blocked by the hill and thats why the valley lies in shadow already. But on top of the hill there is still sunlight. The foreground could be lighter to show that. That's just what came to my mind when I looked at this painting, maybe this will give you some ideas for your next one

the lighting is magical!! everything seems a bit chilly, like the sun is just setting and you start to feel nervous, but there's a spark of warmth, and it's calming because you have someone there alongside you :0 may I ask how long the foliage took? it seems highly time consuming XD this is a new favorite of mine, you have a way of capturing the exact perfect moment in a painting.
