Ahhh, Things.
It's always handy to make sure you finish projects and their milestones in time. And it has a gorgeous non-distractive UI, that designers can stare at when they have time and realize if they are spending too much time staring when they should be working.
Dreamweaver is clearly nowhere to be found (I respect that, too bloated for what it does). I use Espresso instead of Coda but I do miss the Live Collaboration function. There are a few reasons I prefer Espresso though: just as me it's made in Belgium and it costs less.
And there's one application that I know but can't remember what it is... and once you'll say it I will look like a fucking moron. What's the truck again?
