decompressing into "\WINDIR\Resources\Themes" does not work... not either into "\WINDIR\Resources\Themes\DotE" any installation instructions please... aftern installing other VS can not figure out how to get this one working...

you need to place the *.msstyle in \windows\resources\themes\dote\

nah heres a tutorial:
you seem like a novice user so go to [link] and download and install StyleXP
unpack the theme and double click on it! done!
oh and for the toolbar you need Styler Toolbar - sorry you need to search the internet very hard for that so go to google!

It's a skin for Windows XP, you need StyleXP to use it and Winzip to unpack it

when both are installed unzip the directories in the folder you like, go to the folder called 'VS' and double-click on the *.msstyle file to load the theme
