Huh? What is this? I downloaded it out of curiousity and can't figure out what I'm supposed to do with it to... get it to work (whatever it is!)
If you attempt to explain it to me, please don't use technical words because i won't know what the fuz you're talking about! Well done for the DD by the way, I'm sure it desirved it (again, whatever 'it' is!)

its a visual style for windows - meaning it makes the windows and bars look nicer,
you need a program to use it, its called stylexp - you can download it here: [link]
do you know what unpacking is? the file you downloaded is called a zip - its a compressed folder (saves diskspace) - you need to unpack it, you'll need winzip, get it here: [link]
if you manage to unpack the file - theres a folder called VS - theres a single file in that folder - after you have installed stylexp you should double-click it- it'll load, and windows will look nicer and more appeasing (well thats if this is your taste

I just applied this and saw some elements from mice2 VS in it. Namely the seperator on the Start Menu -> All Programs, between Windows Update and the rest of my programs.
Was this an oversight by you?

yes i picked some images from Mice2 to fill up missing ones - i re-did everything though

I like this a lot. But the active apps on the taskbar could be a bit less flashier. Make the brown stripe-style a mouse-over instead.

There's no need to make a special version just for me. Instead you could try finding and fixing bugs and improving the style in other ways. It's just my opinion but you could make the styler theme a bit different.

The buttons mainly..they're original and have potential but in some way too flashy in deffer from each other too much. Seems like the back-button has a bolder font than the forward-button. Also the up-button is totally different from the other ones.
