Hi,
Dunno if ppl reporting or not, enkera asked me if he could use the same colors, i said yes, ok, i dont see a problem on the colors i think, i have made the colors, are my ideia.
He made the theme from scratch, dunno if its a rip or not, from me i gaved him permission for the colors.

This is a rip, Rissols was based on my unofficial port of Tinge.

you even used glyphs, startbutton, who knows what else from Tinge
It is possible you made this from the ground up, but its still a rip.
I made a unofficial Tinge port, and some friends ( including Rissol have it) he just changed the color cause he wanted to make a special desk.
If he gave you permissions, i higly doubt it that it was for the Tinge resources, asfar as the color go that may be possible.
The thing i cant figure out, is why the hell its still on DA ??
If i post a ripped wall in a screenshot they would f*cking dell it, and this they dont :S

Dit thema is gebaseerd op de standaard template Luna van microsoft
Ik heb threed een note gestuurt voor het geval ik toch permissie moet hebben ofzo... dus dat komt wel goed hoop ik
ik heb als enige de bovenste taakbalk overgenomen uit Rissols screen... verder alles zelf gemaakt, en alle mac themas lijken op elkaar (aangezien er geen copyright op kleuren ligt) is dit gewoon de zoveelste mac thema

Glyphs zijn u close, min en max buttons.
E idd het klopt wel dat veel mac themes op elkaar lijken enzo, maar dees trekt heel hard op de Tinge mod van Rissol
ook je styler buttons zijn net dezelfde, maar ook die zijn herkleurt door rissol.
Het goede is wel dat je een note gestuurd hebt naar Threed, maar of je antwoord gaat krijgen weet ik niet want hij is al paar maand verdwenen :s
Normaal gezien al gebruik je maar 1 filetje van iemand anders zijn thema, heb je zijn goedkeuring nodig om een thema te releasen.
En het fijt dat er een paar zijn die zegge dat Asty niks kan enzo, ik zou toch maar eerst is op zen da page gaan kijke wat die al allemaal gedaan en gemaakt heeft, met goedkeuringen van de originele makers

bedankt... het was gewoon het idee dat de kleuren leuk waren... de eigenlijke basis die ik heb gebruikt is gewoon luna... het ging om de kleur... en die Asty- ik heb zijn page al paar keer gezien - vond hem wel een tofe gast maar ij blijft doorzeuren, ik had serieus nooit van tingle gehoord :s hijs echt alles aant doen om te 'bewijzen' dat ik naar threeds page ben gegaan en die shit zo heb overgenomen :s

ik heb gewoon rissols kleuren gebruikt meer niet (ja de taakbalk maar dies er morgen uit met Peppered 1.1)

dude! get a grip! i used rissols COLORS! and those are his idea! i have permission to use the color called: copper-brown you know why? because there is no copyright control on a color! i made this myself ground-up in photoshop! and as you wish! i will take out the little apple logo thingie on the taskbar since thats all i imported!
