it's a space marine commander painted with the color scheme of the helghast, i panted a whole sqad like this, and named the chapter the helghast, because i love killzone series

Between the imprium reguarl marines/troopers and the Helghast trooper si like look of helghast better. Makes you wonder if helghast was in warhammer how would they adapt. And would their own tenacious troops handle against impiriums. lol

i think that the empire will recruit the helgast and the ISA as Imperial Guard regiments, if they don't agree, i'm affraid they will be exterminated, but, think about how badass will look to have a helghast fighting with some death korps against the traitors :3

Loving the glowing eye. Thats awesome and quite origional as far as painting marines goes
A few areas could do with being done again with red to make it a more solid colour, but otherwise, great job!
