I'm sure you've probably seen this image floating all around Deviantart and possibly even social media in general, so I'll make this quick.

I don't agree with AI images being considered art. It's cheap, and unfair to everyone who work hard spending hours on art that my made themselves instead of spending less than a minute typing in stuff. I feel that the only ones who would defend AI generated art are those who are obsessed with replacing authentic human effort with cold artificial technology for some reason (I'm sure there are plenty out there who think like that). In which case they should go touch grass, because this is disrespectful to the amount of effort that actual artists put into their work and especially unfair to everyone on this website who had their art used for training this program without consent or permission, that's just low.

I have cancelled my core subscription, which will be expiring soon and I don't intend giving this company another penny until they get their shit together. The only reason I stick around is because this is one of the only few places where I can effectively promote my art, but I'm not paying for their gimmicky tech crap nor am I going to let them use my money to power it.

I have set this as a free download for those who want to join the protest, which I encourage you to do.
