I can take what she looks like in my own way. I called her African because I do not like to use the term 'black' to describe someone whose skin is brown. So once again, take it how you will, but I will take it how I choose to.

What about the Australian Aboriginals? The Torres straight islanders? What about all the islander tribes that have lived in the oceanic region for thousands of years? What about the Indian tribes that have darker skin? What about the First Nation tribes?
Not every black person is from Africa, so quit it with calling everyone that. Just because you been to Africa doesn't make everyone else from it as well. If you want to not use the term black, use darker skinned or even just human. Everyone is human, and calling someone a completely different race is not only racist, but devaluing people's humanity.
Personally she looks like she is from the oceanic region, maybe even Hawaii native, but it's up to the artist to determine that

Well by your logic the only blacks are African, therefore other races that have dark skin don't exist. Racism is when a race is discriminated through segregation, harassment or refusal of acknowledgement.

I don't give a shit if she is based off an African tribe, its the fact that ou think that the only blacks are African and a balantaly ignoring the fact that other races that have dark skin exist. Not all blacks are African, and even then, there are many African tribes that don't look the same.
If you wont listen you are just going to be stuck in your little world where no one will listen to you because they are basically talking to a brick wall, aka you. dA, the internet and even real life is a mix of different races, walks of life and opinions. Her being black is some of the most ridiculous artistic liberties anyone has ever taken. It's hard to take her seriously. The majority of black people set the standard for the entire black race, and the majority have an IQ below 80. We cannot exclude the black people in Africa who've been living a stone age-like style for over 6000 years. They're black people to you know, so their IQ, no matter how low, should also be included to see what the average IQ of the black race is.
Besides, Twilight does look African, as much as she does African American. Not to be rude of anything, but don't you people know how to draw proper black people, why do all of them look mixed.

I've been to Africa (since you don't seem to know what it's like there, I'll have to tell you)
they don't live in the stone age. They have cars, laptops, school, wifi, running water, stoves- yeah, pretty much anything you may have in other countries.
I happen to be around the same skin tone as her, and my intelligence is in the hundreds. My skin tone doesn't dictate my life.
IQ comes from the brain, how exactly does skin affect that. Wherever you live, the majority of the people there just must be idiots, no matter what race.

Sub-Saharan Africa will forever remain a shithole, the biggest one in the world. You can thank the resident black people for that. Some races are more trashy than others. We're naturally not equal in everything. Exceptions are no excuse to ignore what the vast majority does.
