This is just a small little sketch (8" x 10") where I wanted to experiment with floating hair! I'm NOT a big fan of nudity! However, I'm a really big fan of the strategically placed obstacle covering up the naughty bits!!! I find this much more interesting and pretty damn funny! I should have this finished in NO time! How old is your tattoo? I drew this a couple years ago...in 2008. I get requests almost everyday for permission to make tattoos of this drawing!!! It's all over the place now.

Thank You....YES, it is rather small. From top of hair to lowest part of tail is 9" (23cm). I could completely cover her with my hand.

but I'm not a big fan of the knee-bending style of the tail hehe ~ kinda defeats the point of a mermaid if you ask me. But nonetheless, beautiful shading and concept as always :]

I like strategically placed objects covering the naughty bits as well, but I personally think it can be funny only if the action in the picture makes the covering up look like an accident.
