Its the vector AK, but modified. i change the gradient forward grip and stock to mesh for more realism. i might do one more change, but i haven't decided.SPECS.

Proportion's good, color is good.... The ACOG scope could be mounted using a set-up like the SVD Dragunov, the later AKs have the gear in the left side of the lower receiver to put optics rails on. Other than that it's great! Nice to see the AK-47 as you'd like it. What your rifle looks like, says a lot about who you are. Much like cars do. If your rifle is dirty and trashed, then if means you don't take care of it much. If it's customized with rails and such, it means you like your weapon to be functional and adaptable. If it features a high-capacity magazine or a grenade launcher, it means you like your weapon to have a large volume of fire or destructive capability. As for me, I like my weapon to be accurate, light, and quiet, so it'll probably have a optic, suppressor, and probably a standard or 20-round magazine to conserve weight.

thanks, i like that somebody really understands. i'll take the advice and make some modifications as needed. i didnt expect to get as much rave for this, so i think i'll use the original as a base (vecter ak-47) and continue to build off of it like with this. eventually i will start making dec. engraving and wild customizations. great comment and thanks again.

Indeed I do understand. That's why I put my art on DA to start with. So it could be viewed by the world! That's what I usually do on PMG. Build the Original say M4, M16, MP5, AK47, then take it and run with it. I've made some awesome and crazy work! The M16 being my favorite, be sure to check out some of my work. If you want someone that knows weapons and could give you good opinions and "hints" on firearms. I'm the guy! Just let me know, and we can watch each other and I'll give you my ideas on your works! That scope is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY too far back to be properly used. Might want to move it up.

Nothing, really. It's too far back to use correctly. Try moving the rail up some, more to about halfway on the receiver.

No, no... you don't need to download anything. PimpMyGun is a website/flash "game" that lets you modify or even build completely new guns. The group you tried to submit your gun to (the PMG Armoury) is a dedicated place for everyone who makes his/her stuff with PMG.
As for your gun, I can't judge it technique-wise (I've never used Illustrator), but design-wise it's pretty good.
