I like the ferocity! I agree with the below comment about the shading. However I also think that, overall, you have done a good job of capturing shadow and light direction. The colours also match well

I like the design, especially the horns and the fact that some parts are glowing. I just think you could work out the shading and lighting a little better to make it even more awesome. For instance, the nose seems kind of flat due to lack of shading and the lighting on the white part of his neck is a bit too local. I think you are on the right track though, good luck on improving, I hope my little critique helped.
