Name: Steele Aero

Species: Faunus

Faunus Type: Raptor

Faunus Traits: Talons and feet from the raptor family of birds (overt); Enhanced vision (covert)

Association: Shade Academy, Vacuo

Team: Team ZSSS (Zeus)

Weapons: A pair of scimitars.

Fighting style: A mix of Brazilian Capoeira and karate. This combination of martial arts makes his talons quite dangerous on their own, and as his feet have the ability to grasp objects, gives him a bit of extra power and reach.
Semblance: Dead-Eye - A variant of his sister's semblance that allows for more precise strikes and blocks with his hands, feet, and swords, while also carrying the cost of temporary blindness if overused.

Initially attending a charter school in Atlas with his sister, Sylva, Steele was frequently bullied for his rather obvious faunus trait. After the preventable deaths of his family with the exception of his twin, Steele transferred to Oscuro Academy with his sister, where he took out his abundant anger on training dummies and punching bags. After graduating to Shade Academy and becoming a member of Team ZSSS alongside his sister, Steele was never able to move on from the loss of his family, despite receiving the same support from Zaff and Sangria as Sylva. This all-encompassing anger would lead to him sustaining a debilitating injury during the 40th Vytal Festival Tournament.
