Description Normally, when I draw I make my reference image either mono or tonal depending on which one looks best. This time I tried noir, which gave my reference image  the high contrast look. 

Drawn from the original artwork for the game The legend of Zelda: A Link. Between Worlds So credit to the originally image.  

Dawn with  graphite pencils, a felt-tip marker, and an ink pen. 

Duration: About 15-22 total hours (VERY ROUGH ESTIMATE. Seriously though, it took ages.) 

I heavily used a reference, but this was done free-handed. No tracing was involved.

I started it last week on Monday. Somehow it managed to steal my free time. I worked a lot on it Sunday after noon too. When I finished the game I just knew that I HAD to make fanart. Now that it's done my 3DS will no longer be neglected for awhile. basically I didn't draw it all at once, but got as much as I could on each day.
