I have a suggestion for an evolution. Raticate is very similar to a muskrat due to the large teeth, whiskers, fur, and body shape. So what if it evolved into a water rat pokemon? You could make the fur blue, sharper fangs, longer body, and/or anything you want to add. I'd call it Ratacrawl, but you can change it if you have better idea for a name.

Yes. I suspect when you get the proper Sugimori shading down, you'll fix him up as well sa Dovahkiing but other than that, he's sound. If I were to change anything about him, I might merge the helmet into his head, so he's not just "wearing armor". That's entirely up to you though.
I find it interesting that you're crossing two vastly different cultural derivations: Scandinavian Vikings and Japanese Ganguro. Who'd've thunk?
