Just a little salt on the tofu... You can make some dips to go with it, or just some ketchup or chilli sauce.

I'm not sure how many varieties of tofu you have over there. If possible, get the type of tofu that is firmer so that you can handle them with less problem. Otherwise, you may have to deeep fry them.

I think you'll have to deep fry them. They're the 'soft' type.
